Privacy Policy
Effective 25 September 2026. This policy covers the Tuning Round app for iPhone and iPad.
In short: Tuning Round collects no data. Your clients, pianos, service sheets, photos and stock stay on your device. There's no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app doesn't send your book anywhere.
What the app stores, and where

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We have no servers that receive it and can't see it.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you tap Camera, to photograph a piano action for a service sheet or a serial plate. Serial numbers are read from the photo on the device using Apple's Vision framework. When you choose Library, the system photo picker gives the app only the photo you select.
Notifications
Tuning Round schedules local notifications on your device: a reminder to call a client before their booked tuning, and an optional morning summary of the day's round. No push service is used, and the notifications are never sent off the device.
Phone calls
When you tap a call button, iOS opens the Phone app with the number. The app doesn't record calls or call history.
Data we collect
None. The App Store privacy label for Tuning Round is "Data Not Collected". The app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising or tracking, and its privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types.
Sharing and exports
A service report image, a stock reorder list or a ledger CSV leaves the app only when you share it yourself through the iOS share sheet, and only to the destination you pick.
Backups
If you use iCloud Backup or computer backups, iOS may include the app's container in those backups under Apple's terms. We have no access to them.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Erase everything in the app to delete the book and all photos, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.
Children
Tuning Round is a professional tool and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
